At Tumbeela Native Bushfoods we grow, pick and supply fresh Lemon Myrtle leaves directly to you.

Our Lemon Myrtle leaves are supplied in two forms:

  • premium fresh, and
  • dried and ground.

Tumbeela Native Bushfoods is a boutique family owned and run farm, established by Warren and Ewa Jones in 1995. Lemon and Aniseed Myrtles grow alongside Riberries and Mountain Peppers on 1.5 hectares in the picturesque Adelaide Hills.

As pioneer growers of native Australian bushfoods, Ewa and Warren have built up experience and knowledge over nearly 30 years. Tumbeela’s trees are free of Myrtle rust—a problem experienced by some interstate growers. No sprays are used. Our products are of the best quality and the winner of a prestigious National Award.

Tumbeela is best known for our fresh Lemon Myrtle. Every order is freshly hand-picked for quality assurance, processed by hand, packaged then supplied to you promptly in a premium state. We do not store or supply old stock.

Pick your own or let us pick-and-post Lemon Myrtle

Most of our products are ordered through our online shop and supplied to you via post. We do, however, welcome chefs and other food producers to visit the Tumbeela farm to ‘pick your own’, by appointment. Tumbeela is a beautiful place to visit; walk amongst our trees, smell the lemon and lime aromas, taste the leaves and berries, and pick your own as you need them. Lemon Myrtle and Aniseed Myrtle are available to ‘pick-your-own’ all year ’round. Riberries, Native Limes, and Mountain Pepper Berries are available for you to pick on a seasonal basis.
